Cycle45 is a 45-minute workout that takes riders through a wide array of movements from seated riding, climbing, jumps, sprints, and even may include an arm workout (all based on instructor preference) to music you know and love.
Look out on the schedule for occasional theme rides dedicated to yours and our favorite artists, decades, or holidays. These are not regularly occurring rides, so book them when you have a chance!
Rebel Cycle is a small studio and classes may have waitlists. Out of fairness to other riders, any classes cancelled less than four hours prior to the start of evening classes and twelve hours prior to morning classes will not be refunded. Additionally, no-show classes will not be refunded. Those who cancel greater than the window noted above will be issued a class credit that can be used at a later date unless a refund is specifically requested via email (info@rebel-nc.com) or reaching out via our social media channels.
At Rebel Cycle, we understand things happen. If you have an emergency and you can't make class, please email us so we can work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue.
We ask that those who wish to cycle with us be at least 18 years of age. Those between the ages of 16 and 17 may ride with additional parental liability waivers. Reach out at info@rebel-nc.com for further info prior to booking.
